Tom is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business, which is ranked third in the nation by U.S. News. At Berkeley, he was involved in several consulting and entrepreneurial activities.

Tom earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. During law school, Tom worked as a law clerk in the estate planning, asset protection and business transactional department of a presitigious mid-size law firm in Orange County, California. He was also a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.

Tom is currently an active member of the following organizations:

In addition to his role as an attorney, Tom is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and a REALTOR®. He is proficient in Farsi and enjoys skiing, golf, tennis, and spending time with his lovely family.
